One of my favourite foods at the moment is Sushi, I really hope to visit Japan in the next few years, however in the meantime I seek out delicious Sushi to have here. I found this supplier, Dingle Sushi, in the local market and look forward to picking up some on a Saturday. Of course it was also a great opportunity to take some images before eating 🙂

I’m drawn to the red, white & black colourway (just look at my logo) and wanted to use a grey/black backdrop for this cupcake shoot to make it stand out.

This project was the brainchild of Alice of Farrell, with over 51 restaurants submitting a recipe for the book. So proud of the work that went into it, so many talented people & restaurants gave their time and energy.
